Enab restaurant, a pure delight

A recent addition to casual Lebanese restaurants is Enab, located in Mar Mikhael, Armenia Street. I went there twice in the last month and I can easily say that once you go to Enab, you will hardly want to go elsewhere.

I was taken aback by the beauty of the place. Once you are on the top of the wooden stairs you will be surprised by how big the place is. A very charming old Lebanese house with a beautiful side garden.

Inside, each room is decorated differently. From the beautiful colors to the wall patterns to the ornaments and all the small details spread here and there, the decor is breathtaking.

Despite being renovated the house has kept its old authentic charm.

Furthermore, the food is delicious and nicely presented. And most importantly, the staff is friendly!! You get the feeling that you are received at a friend’s house and they will do anything to make you feel welcome and happy. Maybe we were lucky enough to be served by a smiling and competent waiter.

Also the lady at the door accompanied us when we took a tour outside on the terrace and was happy to explain how the work was done (It was a Sunday afternoon).

Enab is a place that doesn’t need much marketing because once you go there you will be charmed and happy to bring your friends along the next time to introduce them to the place. It was fully packed both times I went so it’s better to get a reservation ahead.

I even loved the bathrooms!

I totally recommend the place and hope that they will keep up the good work. The colorful ambiance will put you in a joyful mood and you will enjoy every single minute there!
